Carbon Neutral Vaasa – Ecosystem for Impact and Internationalisation

The project aims to coordinate the implementation of the Vaasa region’s ecosystem agreement and the execution of the EnergyVaasa cluster strategy. The project strengthens regional collaboration, supports the systematic advancement of RDI investments, and establishes a sustainable structure for the development of regional innovation activities, thereby reinforcing the Vaasa region’s position as a national and international leader in innovation.

At the core of the coordination efforts are impact, preparedness, activation of RDI investments, and the strengthening of companies’ capabilities—especially in leveraging EU funding—by building clearer pathways to international financing opportunities.

The project serves as a platform for stakeholder collaboration, enhancing national, Nordic, and international cooperation, and lays the groundwork for long-term growth in innovation activities.
