LISSU – the business plan programme is being renewed, NOTE the dates
LISSU, the tool for creating business plans, is being renewed. The new version of the program, called Liisu, was launched on 1 October 2026. You can only make additions to your existing business plan in the old system during the period 1 October–1 November 2026. After that, you can still download your business plan as a PDF from the old system until 31 December 2026.
After 31 December 2026, all information in the old version, LISSU, will be deleted.
If you want to continue working on a business plan made in LISSU, you will need to register for the new version, in other words Liisu, after 1 November 2026. You are responsible for saving and transferring all information from the old version (LISSU) to the new version (Liisu). This will not happen automatically.
The new program version, Liisu, was launched on 1 October 2026. If you are now starting to create a business plan, you should register in Liisu.
