LISSU – the business plan programme is being renewed
LISSU, the tool for creating business plans, is being renewed. The new version of LISSU, LISSU 3.0, will be launched on 1 October 2026. You can only make additions to your existing business plan in the old system during the period 1 October–1 November 2026. After that, you can still download your business plan as a PDF from the old system until 31 March 2027.
After 31 March 2027, all information in the old version of LISSU will be deleted.
If you want to continue working on your business plan, you will need to register for the new version of LISSU from 1 November 2026 onwards. You are responsible for saving and transferring all information from the old version to the new LISSU. This will not happen automatically.
If you need your business plan during October 2026, for example, to apply for a loan or start-up grant, you should use the old version. If you do not need a business plan before November, we recommend that you register in the new version of LISSU from 1 November 2026 onwards at www.vasek.fi.
